If You're New Here
Workers' Rebellion started from a simple, infuriating truth: Applicant Tracking Systems have made workers invisible. Automated rejection emails go out to qualified people who were never seen by a human. We built this brand — and the tools underneath it — as an answer to that, and to every other way the system grinds people down.

We're not subtle about it. People over profit, every time. We judge people by behavior, not by boxes. We're anti-fascist, secular by design, and we don't do vague "portion of proceeds" language — every quarter, we publish exactly where the money went and why. If any of that sounds like too much, we're genuinely fine with that. This isn't for everyone, and it was never supposed to be.

Where We Are Right Now
We soft-launched workersrebellion.com in August, and the site is live and taking orders. Since then, the biggest milestone has been on the legal side: our trademark application is officially filed and sitting in examination with the USPTO. That filing is gating a few other announcements, so once it clears, expect more to open up.

The Job Search Tracker — the tool that started all of this — is live as our first real product, and it's the thing we're proudest of shipping first. It's built by someone who's job searching, for people who are job searching, with the kind of rejection-type nuance (auto-rejected in 48 hours vs. a human actually looked at this) that generic trackers don't bother with.

New This Month: Corp-to-Corp & 1099 Consulting
We've added IT consulting services to the site — Corp-to-Corp and 1099 engagements, with a straightforward "Request a Quote" flow. This isn't a pivot; it's the same worker-first thinking applied to a different problem. If you're a company that needs contract IT talent handled honestly, or a contractor tired of opaque staffing arrangements, that page is now live.

Now Live: A Real Analytics Dashboard for the Tracker
The Job Search Tracker just got a significant upgrade: expanded analytics and a standalone dashboard view, separate from the day-to-day application log. Instead of just a spreadsheet with more columns, you get a real picture of your search over time — rejection patterns broken out by resume version, how long things sit before you hear anything, where the auto-rejections are clustering. It's built into the current download now.

The Money, As Always
Nothing about how we handle revenue has changed: essentials first, then keeping the lights on, then reinvestment, then profit-sharing with our partner organizations. Outreach to the orgs on our aligned list is just getting started — DragonCon ate the block of time we'd set aside for it, so we're back on it now. Two organizations have been contacted so far. One asked to be removed from the list, and that request was honored immediately and without argument — that's how it works when someone tells us no directly, full stop. The rest of the list stays as-is while outreach continues; silence isn't a no, but a direct ask always is.

That's the update. More soon — including, hopefully, some news on the trademark front.

People over profit, every single time — and we are fine with that.
