Digital Products (Job Search Tracker and other software)
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, consistent with standard practice for digital goods.
If something isn’t working as expected, contact us at admin@workersrebellion.com with a description of the issue and, where possible, screenshots showing what you’re seeing. We’ll work with you to figure out what’s going on — most issues have a fix. If we’re not able to resolve it, we’ll issue a refund.
Physical Products
Workers’ Rebellion is a software company at launch. Physical product lines are planned for the future. When those products become available, this policy will be updated to cover them in full before any physical products go on sale.
