Digital Products (Job Search Tracker and other software)
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, consistent with standard practice for digital goods.
If something isn’t working as expected, contact us at admin@workersrebellion.com with a description of the issue and, where possible, screenshots showing what you’re seeing. We’ll work with you to figure out what’s going on; most issues have a fix. If we’re not able to resolve it, we’ll issue a refund.
Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by the written quote or agreement for each project. If you have a concern about an engagement, contact us at admin@workersrebellion.com and we’ll work it out with you directly.
