What We Collect and Why
Functional cookies — WooCommerce sets cookies that are necessary for the store to work: keeping your cart, maintaining your session, and processing your order. These cannot be disabled without breaking the shopping experience.
Order data — When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email, billing address, and order details. This is required to fulfill your order and comply with tax law. You cannot opt out of this if you choose to make a purchase.
Email communications — If you contact us, we retain that correspondence. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
What we do not collect:
- We do not run advertising networks or tracking pixels
- We do not use Google Analytics or other third-party analytics platforms
- We do not sell your data to anyone
- The Job Search Tracker software itself collects no data on our end — everything stays in your browser
Your Opt-Out Options
Marketing Communications
We will only send marketing emails if you have explicitly opted in. If you have opted in and wish to opt out, reply to any marketing email with “unsubscribe” in the subject line, or contact us at admin@workersrebellion.com and we will remove you immediately.
Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at admin@workersrebellion.com with your name and the email address associated with your account or order. We will delete your data within 30 days, subject to records we are legally required to retain (such as order records for tax purposes).
Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies will prevent the WooCommerce store from functioning correctly. Most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies while allowing first-party cookies — this is the recommended approach for using our store while limiting tracking.
