C2C IT and Operations Consulting Services – Request a Quote

Workers’ Rebellion LLC provides consulting services on a Corp-to-Corp (C2C) / 1099 contract basis. Available for immediate engagement.

Areas of Expertise:

  • IT service management: ITIL-based incident, request, and escalation processes; Tier 2 service desk operations; service catalog and knowledge-base work; on-call and escalation design. This includes a Google Forms and Google Sheets ticketing workflow I built, as unpaid volunteer work, to track issues across two sites for an independent streaming channel
  • UAT and QA: planning and running user acceptance testing, writing test cases and acceptance criteria, QA leadership for software releases, and audit-style documentation checks (including ISO-style quality systems)
  • Requirements and specifications: writing clear specifications for software and reporting tools, product ownership, and directing AI-assisted development and its QA
  • Process improvement and documentation: workflow design, standard operating procedures, handbooks, onboarding processes, and knowledge transfer
  • Program and project support: cross-functional delivery coordination, stakeholder communication, and operations support, with experience across transportation, financial services, healthcare technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, and community-based organizations
  • Community management: leading and coordinating volunteer communities. As unpaid volunteer leadership, I coordinate a six-state region of a global tabletop-gaming volunteer organization (directly overseeing regional coordinators and indirectly approximately 60 volunteers), chaired that organization’s global onboarding committee across 18 regions from 2023 to July 2026, and co-authored its public volunteer handbook
  • Reporting and dashboards: deciding what to measure, specifying dashboards, and testing them (specification and QA, not hands-on coding)
  • WordPress and WooCommerce site management and maintenance: I own and manage WordPress sites, including a WooCommerce store, a professional portfolio site, and two community organization sites. I can take over routine upkeep or help with a specific change. The work covers ongoing or one-time updates, setup, security and plugin configuration, store, payment, and coupon setup, newsletter configuration, privacy policy and cookie-banner setup, and automated cross-posting of new posts to social media with IFTTT. Custom features are built through AI-assisted development under my specifications and testing. As unpaid volunteer work, I have also coached another site owner through updating his own WordPress site, which uses a different theme and page builder than mine

What This Is Not: I direct AI-assisted development, and I am not a software engineer. This is not the right fit for hands-on coding, network or infrastructure administration, server hosting, or Microsoft 365 administration. If your project needs those, I’ll say so up front.

Rate Structure: Tiered pricing from $60-$85/hour based on project complexity and scope. Every request for a quote is reviewed for scope before pricing, and the applicable level is set by Workers’ Rebellion LLC in the written quote, based on the work required. Levels reflect the work, not a buyer’s preference:

  • Analyst Level: $60/hr. Routine, directed tasks such as documentation, test execution, reporting support, and routine site updates
  • Specialist Level: $70/hr. An independent, defined workstream such as UAT planning, process documentation, ticketing setup, or WordPress and WooCommerce configuration
  • Senior Level: $75/hr. Owning a workstream with limited oversight, such as service-management process design or specifications
  • Lead Level: $80/hr. Leading a multi-workstream engagement or coordinating several parties
  • Executive Level: $85/hr. Advisory and stakeholder-level work, or high-urgency, complex, multi-party engagements

A project may span levels, with each part billed at the level of the work performed. Rates apply to quotes issued after the date this page was last updated. Submitting a request does not commit either side to an engagement.
